Become a VELAR Scout

The Role

As a VELAR Scout, you will be the eyes and ears of our agency — discovering fresh, undiscovered talent before anyone else does. Your job is to find new models who are not already represented by another agency. When we need models for campaigns, we'll reach out to you, and you'll connect us with the talent you've found.

What You Get

  • $100 per new model you bring First Time
  • 5% commission on all your model's earnings
  • Work remotely — from anywhere in the world

What We Look For

  • Telegram is required for all communications
  • Upload your profile photo
  • Active social media presence
  • Ability to find new, undiscovered models
  • Beginners are welcome — just know how to find models

After submission: If selected, you'll receive a reply email with the next steps. We'll contact you when we need models. You'll be asked to provide model details including photos, age, gender, health information, and more.
